These Terms and Conditions apply to services and communications provided by EC JUNK REMOVAL, a partnership.

Services

EC JUNK REMOVAL provides junk pickup, furniture removal, appliance removal, construction debris removal, property cleanouts, and commercial cleanouts. Service availability, scope, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed directly with each customer.

SMS messaging terms

If you choose to receive text messages from us, messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and customer support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that texted you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
